Plaid-wearing Adam Brody checks out of The Beverly Hills Hotel with a Zach Braff lookalike Friday afternoon.

Adam’s upcoming film Death In Love will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

The film was directed and written by Boaz Yakin and centers on a 40-year-old bachelor with a complicated life who tries to sort out his personal relationships in the shadow of his mother’s concentration camp experience. Think fast!

Adam Brody has been cast (and has closed negotiations) as The Flash in the upcoming superhero flick Justice League of America, confirms The LA Times.

Warner Bros. Pictures has not confirmed the news because they are supposedly waiting to cast all of the lead roles for the film, which has not be fully green-lighted.

Brody, best known as loveble geek Seth Cohen on The O.C., joins Australian supermodel Megan Gale, who was reportedly cast as Wonder Woman (supposedly beating out Jessica Biel).

It’s time to put down those drumsticks, Adam, and start lifting those dumbbells!
